To get a refund, you just have to connect with us through email or WhatsApp within the 3 days of delivery.

File a refund request

To get your refund back, you just have to share your problems with the rudraksha, along with 2-3 photos of it, and then we will initiate your refund immediately as soon as we get our rudraksha (within 30 days).

As soon as we receive our rudraksha back, we will try to refund you as fast as possible.
