Our refund policy can be availed within five days of purchase of our product. If the customer is unable to avail of this service within five working days, we will be unable to process this refund for you.
The customer’s eligibility for a return policy depends upon the condition of the product. The purchased item should be unused, and no damage should be done to the product. The original packaging of the product should also be protected.
You are only eligible for exchange and returns if the product is in original condition. The damaged item/product is not eligible for exchange or return.
WE ACCEPT REFUND
The return/exchange is available if the product was completely different from that mentioned in the product description or damaged when received by the customer.
There is a chance that the products may differ from that of the given picture of the product. Every rudraksha is different and has a different representation in the picture. The color of the thread and the wire can be different from those of the pictures available on the website.
The dispatched products cannot be canceled and refunded so, make your choice clear before the purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
The customers are eligible for the shipping charges on both sides (packing and Shipping) even if they refuse to accept the product. The refunds are made by in-stores credit and exchanges are eligible only if they meet the policy requirements.
There is a list of products that cannot be returned as per our policy. The products that are perishable like flowers and custom goods are not accepted by us after the purchase. The used products are strictly not accepted by us like puja materials or worn-out items.

All the products before dispatch are checked twice to ensure that the right kind of products are dispatched to you. We don’t want our customers to go through any inconvenience. The complaint of the missing items shall be placed within 2 days of the delivery. If the customer is unable to place the complaint within the given time, then we shall not be able to process the complaint as per our policy.
You must always preserve the purchase receipt so that there is no problem while processing your return or exchange.
Our customers can also avail for partial return in case they have used the product or the product gets damaged or broken by the customers or by the errors not caused by us. The items that are returned after a week can also avail of this offer.
When we have received the returned product we will inform you about that via email. The returned product will be inspected by our team and we will inform you about this via email.
If the returned product passes our quality check then the refund will be processed within 1-2 working days.
Late Refunds (If Applicable)
In case the refund amount hasn’t reached your account in any case, check for your bank server first. If it’s all right please contact your bank company customer care. The refund may take a longer time to appear in your account.

The shipping charge will be the customer’s responsibility, we do not hold any responsibility related to your shipping. The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund amount. The exchange shipment time may take longer depending on your location.
